Hi, I’m Julie Floyd, founder of NextGen Learning Solutions LLC, based in Indianapolis. I’ve been in the instructional design and training space for over 20 years, and I started my business to make sure employees aren’t just checking boxes, they’re learning in ways that help them succeed and move forward in their careers. I design a wide range of training solutions; virtual, in-person, and blended; including workshops, onboarding programs, and content tailored to how people really work. I also consult with businesses to align training with their day-to-day operations, whether that means integrating performance support tools, improving customer service, or refining team processes. My focus is making learning meaningful, practical, and impactful.
